Reality Based Program- 3 levels of progressive training:
Level 1 - Fundamentals: June 26 2pm-4pm
Learn about the basic awareness, vital points, mind-set and defenses. Then put the Put the training to the test with applications and combatives.
Level 2- Tools: July 24th 2pm-4pm
Learn to use what is around you to defend against a stronger aggressor. Purse, keys, water bottle, shoes, books and more
Level 3- Control: August 7th 2pm-4pm
Learn how to control a larger aggressor and how to lock, choke or break.
